Return Process

  Initiate RMA Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and technical specifications to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the monitor in its original industrial-grade packaging, including all power adapters, mounting hardware, and documentation to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the RMA label clearly to the exterior of the box and ship the unit via a tracked carrier to our designated inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
